EVA   Inventory and Warehouse Management Platform with Data Interchage
EVA has been designed to handle a lot of different types and quantity of products. It aims to make trading processes without use of paper. It accepts or transfer data with standard messaging rules like XML.

With the integration capability of RF+, the program collects data from warehouse, and trace transactions real-time. It provides speed and correctnes to planning, purchasing and logistics departments.

Transaction lists, warehouse automation, purchasing, order management, collection management, sales automation modules provides efficiency and flexibility. EVA can integrate any type of standard ERP systems.



LMF   Laboratory Management Framework
LMF  is a software platform, which provides from test request entry to automatic report generation, from sample and test definitions to customer satisfaction reports every need of a textile testing laboratory.

LMF  carries every manual task into computer and network environment. By doing this, it speeds  up workflow almost 20 times. Also it eliminates human errors and personal initiatives. It spreads the work load and centralize observations. With its central observation tools, provides coordination between departments, generates time and success reports, defines source of errors. LMF gives full traceability which is required in ISO standards.

ROP   Batch Automation Program
ROP is designed to provide standardization in batch manufacturing, connection between products and production processes, parametric definitions of product groups and product families.

With these capabilities system can handle thousands of different recipies in production and preparation of manufacturing. Every production batch is in records with their actual and designed values. With these data production planning and logistics can be optimized.

ROP eliminates duplication of recipes, decreases the variations and decreases planning costs. It can be integrated with any type of ERP software.
 

UGP   Production Observation System
UGP is used for observation and control of manufacturing lines from one point and based on an industrial platform.

When integrated with Vt data collection system, it stores data  of machines, processes and tools in database. It provides two ways communication between computer systems and production systems via wired or wireless connections. It collects and calculates every type of information such as process times, capacity and production amounts, consumed resources, break times. It controls shop floor depending on prepared scenario. Generates reports about malfunctions.


UGP
has predefined reports about statistical manufacturing data. Daily, weekly monthly or quarterly production reports can be obtained from system as well as user driven special reports. System provides the background of  a modern MIS system.

It can be integrated with any type of ERP and MRP system like other MINOR software. You can connect any type of standard industrial hardware and manage them.



PBT   Periodic Maintenance Program

PBT  manages the maintenance operations of every type of equipment in production plants, RD departments, labs and quality assurance department, with minimum cost of labor and spare parts.

With its planning tools, it generates regular maintenance work orders and planning reports. Instead of total shutdown of the plant  it optimizes the perfect timig for local breaks. It stores the planned and unplanned maintenace details which are required data for proactive maintenance efforts.

It calculates the efficiency of maintenance staff and compares the normal times and older records. It provides a knowledge base for operations.

It maintains a stock control subsystem to control the spare parts and consumables in maintenance operations.


It can be connected and cooperated with ERP and MRP systems.
